- Monthly KPI dashboard — OPEX vs budget, vessel availability, off-hire, fuel consumption
- Voyage instructions, port-to-port plans, and post-voyage reports
- Incident, near-miss, and root-cause analysis reports
- Compliance, audit, and class-survey readiness reports
- Annual operational performance review with recommendations
- Customized reports on request (charterer, lender, insurer)
